Where are your office locations?
We have several offices nationwide for your convenience. Be sure to call before coming to one of our locations, as we may be out in the field or our offices may be closed. Contact us to find out what counties we serve.
What if I can't get to your offices?
No problem. In most cases, we can come to your home or office, depending on your location and our schedule, at no additional cost.
How much do the lie detector tests cost?
DO NOT MAKE YOUR DECISION SOLELY BASED ON PRICE, AS EXAMINERS ARE NOT ALL THE SAME, AS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BACKGROUNDS, AS WELL AS USE DIFFERENT KINDS OF EQUIPMENT AND METHODS. The fees vary depending on location. Contact us for more information.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, most examiners accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express in a safe, secure and private area.
Is it safe to pay for the service online?
Yes! Our merchant providers offer the highest security online. You can pay with a credit or debit card or even your PayPal account. So, whether you want to use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card or use your existing PayPal account, you can rest assured that your information will remain safe, secure and private.
Why do I have to pay anything up front?
Some folks are concerned about paying for a service up front and then not receiving that service. When you pay us for our services with your credit card or with your PayPal account, you have your complete consumer rights in tact. In other words, if we don't do what you paid us to do, you simply contact your credit card company or PayPal, tell them what happened and they will immediately return your money to you. Aside from having morals and ethics, what also prevents us from taking advantage of our clients is the many laws that prevent such activity. Also, we don't want to lose our license, lose our good reputation or incur any penalty fees from PayPal or the credit card companies. So, when you pay for your test with us, you're completely secured and safe from any wrong-doing.
We, like many examiners, charge up front for a few reasons. First of all, it weeds out the non-serious people. We have to calibrate our instrumentation, set up files, create the line of questioning, etc. All of these things take time. Imagine doing all of these things only to have the client cancel.
Secondly, it helps protect all parties involved. The client is guaranteed the service they paid for and the examiner is guaranteed that the client will take the exam, as agreed. Only serious clients will pay. Those that weren't sure or who never intended on taking test won't pay for the service, which saves us a great deal of time, money, effort and anxiety.
Do you charge extra for written reports?
No. You will receive a FREE written report to show what the final test results are.
How do I schedule an appointment or what do I do to get started?
You simply contact us and let us know which format of lie detection you want us to perform, the day and time you want to schedule the exam and provide us with your list of questions you want asked during the exam. We will email you the necessary forms to get started, which is quick and easy. We can usually schedule a test the same day you provide us with your information. Does being nervous affect the exam?
No. Everybody is nervous when undergoing a test like this, especially for the first time. We are able to determine your unique "walk in" stress. We measure the changes from your baseline stress to the stress produced by the questions we ask you. So, regardless of how nervous, stressed or upset you are, it will NOT affect the results of the test.
Are the lie detector tests private and confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are safe and secured. Your test results are only provided to you unless we receive written permission from you giving us authorization to share the information and report with anyone else.
